Owners and managers of U.S. small businesses who are choosing a website approach for the first time, changing provider, or trying to understand an arrangement they already have.
What it is not
The guidance here is general. It describes options, trade-offs and questions to ask; it does not know your business, and it cannot tell you which choice is right for you. There is no universal "best" website solution, and the site does not publish scores or rankings that pretend otherwise.
