Policy

Editorial Policy

The rules the site works under: independence, labelled evidence, and who is responsible for what is published.

Independence

Editorial decisions are made by the editor alone. No provider reviews, approves or changes a page before or after publication.

No payment for favourable treatment

The site does not accept payment, free services or other benefits in return for coverage, inclusion, placement or a more favourable description.

Evidence is labelled

The parts of a page that make checkable claims (summary conclusions, comparison tables, cost scenarios, the Website Ownership Check and cited sources) carry one of four labels: Official source, Firsthand verified, Editorial assessment or Illustrative example. Each carries the date it was last checked. The Methodology explains what each label means.

How comparisons are chosen

Comparisons are chosen by the questions small-business owners actually face, not by which providers are popular or pay commissions. Where a provider is named, it is because it illustrates a real option; being named is not an endorsement, and being left out is not a criticism.

The site currently has no affiliate links and no commercial relationship with any provider it covers. If an affiliate link is ever added, the page carrying it will say so before the link, and the Affiliate Disclosure will explain the arrangement. A link that earns money will never change what a page concludes.

Tools

Software tools, including AI tools, may assist with research, drafting and checking. They do not decide what is published. The editor reviews every page before publication and is responsible for it, including anything a tool helped produce.

Who is responsible

Huy V., Founder and Editor. Errors are handled under the Corrections Policy.
